• Dr. Jon Schiedel

• Dr. Tania Wilson

• Susie Johnson, Nurse Practitioner
• Teresa Fowler, Registered Dietitian

• Andrew, Social Worker

• Farzana, Social Worker

 

Appointment types available to book online:

• Dietitian

• Diabetes 
• Drivers Medicals
• General Concerns
• Pap (cervical screening)
• Preventative Health Exams
• Medication Reviews
• Mental Health

 

Certain types of appointments (joint injection, skin biopsy, immunization, well baby visit or 1st prenatal) cannot be booked online and you will need to call the clinic 519-284-3450 and speak with a receptionist.

What do I need to book online?

To use the online booking system, you will need the patient's:

• First & Last Name
• Health Card Number
• Date of Birth

Please note, online booking must be made a minimum of 2 days in advance.
